Hello Geo-all,
This repeats what I’ve sent to several sub-groups but I wanted to make sure to get this out to everyone in the department. Staff and emeriti included!
As many of you may have heard, we have a faculty job candidate visiting the department next week! We have been granted approval to bring Dr. Kelsey Leonard to campus for an interview as a potential Pathways hire. We are very excited about this prospect, as her work spans much of the department and would bring us a strong pillar in DEI issues related to Native American/First Nations issues. We hope that we can convey to her what a terrific place this is to work and live. You can learn more about Dr. Leonard here: https://www.kelseyleonard.com/
The interview is immediately after Thanksgiving break, on Monday and Tuesday Nov 29 and 30.
Here is what you need to know about the schedule.
