To register for the 50th Anniversary celebration, please fill out this form if you are a current or former graduate student, faculty member, or visitor to the department.

We welcome current undergraduates to the daytime events, and if you would like to attend, we ask you to register using this form.

For planning purposes, we ask that you register by May 1. If you register later, please e-mail us at umassling50@umass.edu.
