I would add that delegating tasks effectively is a key skill for leadership – specifically, knowing your team’s strengths and weaknesses, what tasks to assign them, and how to approach them. The cold hard reality is that you have so many channels today for work assignment whether it be emails, meetings, slack, conferences but not many to manage them.
