Helpful guidelines for posters can be found at this link – in brief, maximum 36″ X 48″ (height X width, 90cm X 120cm), and the less text the better. We might be able to fit posters that are 48 X 36, or even 48 X 48 if you really want, but we’re not absolutely sure, so if you’d like to have 4 feet in height, please check with us first.
We had many requests to move from the last Sunday poster session, especially to Saturday, so if anyone assigned to Saturday can present Sunday, please let us know asap, since that would help to even out the size of the sessions.
