1. What do I do if I can’t access my WileyPLUS account correctly?

Try these “tricks of the trade” when having trouble with your WileyPLUS account:

  1. Clear your browser cookies and cache. Make sure you clear “everything” not just the most recent items.
  2. Try using another browser. WileyPLUS historically has not worked well with Safari. Try Firefox or Google Chrome.
  3. Try closing all programs and windows and then re-starting your computer.
  4. Try using a different computer entirely.
  5. Contact the WileyPLUS technical support folks. This is located in the upper right hand corner of the WileyPLUS login page under “News and Announcements”. This link should take you directly to their help page. We’ve had good luck in the past with the “live chat” feature but you could try any of the options on this page.
