The Knockout Mouse Phenotyping Project (KOMP2), in collaboration with the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC), are generating knockout mouse lines to characterize all protein-coding genes in the mouse genome.

Using KOMP2 generated mice, our lab has characterized a large number of mutant alleles that have lethal phenotypes occurring before embryonic day 9.5.

We have analyzed more than 100 distinct knockout lines using our phenotyping pipeline.

We have compiled all our data to form a catalog of all our 100+ early lethal KOMP phenotypes. Check out our phenotypic analysis of all our knockout lines here!
