Hi there!

I completed my PhD in 2022 in Psychological and Brain Sciences at UMass Amherst but my research intersects with Linguistics a great deal.

My research focuses on sentence processing. General questions my research is aimed at are: how do we compute meanings for sentences, do we always compute meanings that are in accordance with the grammar and how does what we understand about a sentence influence the lexical access of upcoming input? For more specific and in-depth details please go to my research page.

I work with primarily with Dr. Adrian Staub and Dr. Brian Dillon, but also with Dr. Chuck Clifton, Dr. Lisa Sanders and Dr. Shota Momma at UMass. Before coming to New England I worked with Dr. Colin Phillips, Dr. Ellen Lau and Dr. William Idsardi at the University of Maryland.

I was also a Language Engineer Intern at AWS for the summer of 2019, and a Linguist Intern at Google for the summer of 2020.
