The Libraries has ceased its subscriptions to the ITER Bibliography and ITER Italicum databases effective January, 2014.
The Libraries has cancelled Biological Abstracts on the Ebsco platform in favor of the more complete BIOSIS Citation Index on the Web of Science platform.
The Libraries has ceased its subscription to the database “Orlando: Women’s Writings in the British Isles from the Beginnings to the Present”.
The Libraries has cancelled its STAT!Ref collection of nursing e-books as of July 9th, 2013. Use of these resources did not justify their cost.
The Libraries will be cancelling our subscription to Books 24×7 e-books on December 31, 2012. Please use the newly acquired Safari Online Books for accessing Computer Technology and Business e-books.
The UMass Amherst Libraries previously provided access to the following newspapers via a Massachusetts Library System subscription. That subscription was not renewed for FY’13, so these newspapers are no longer available:

The Libraries are exploring other means for providing access to Massachusetts newspapers.
