General job description of what an intern might do:
- Work along with staff in each site
- Develop positive relationships with adults and families
- Implement treatment plans
- Prepare reports
- Obtain specialized training
- Attend team and staff meetings
Your availability: Hours depend on the program Some of the residential homes have people at home all day. The day program is open on weekdays from 9am until 3pm. Call the contact person below for specifics. You will probably need a car, even for the day program in Easthampton; however, we do have residential homes in Hadley and Northampton that are accessible by public transportation.
