Digital Proceedings are in process and available at:

Please let us know if you find any problems with your digitally published submission.

Revised Paper Submissions and revised Poster Submissions are due April 19th. Please note that the template has changed to better fit with digital proceeding capabilities. If you are presenting only with an abstract in proceedings, you will also need to submit a final abstract. Please see links to templates with further instructions below.

We are recommending that all authors sign up for an ORCID Identifier.  ORCID provides a persistent digital identifier that distinguishes you from every other researcher and, through integration in key research workflows such as manuscript and grant submission, supports automated linkages between you and your professional activities ensuring that your work is recognized.

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

Revised papers are due on April 19th.  Before uploading your revised paper, please include a cover letter responding to the peer review and identifying how you have addressed the reviewer comments. There is a separate upload button for the cover letter. Papers which have received an average rating below 3.0 in the category of “Recommendation for this paper to be revised and included in the proceedings” may be recommended for presentation and abstract in proceedings if peer review comments are not sufficiently addressed.

Full papers should be between 3500-5000 words, with no more than eight images. Full paper submissions must formatted as in the Paper Template and submitted through the Iris Registration and Submission Portal. Revised papers should have authors’ names and affiliations.

Please note that there is an abstract only/ presentation template included in the Paper Template folder for authors who are submitting an abstract rather than a full paper for the proceedings.

Use the following format for your file name:

  • Author Last Name_Paper Short Title

The new template has a separate Cover Page (with space for your email) and more instructions regarding the paper abstract.  Please review.
