For Example:

After receiving your fitness assessment, you find out that you can a high resting heart rate, high blood pressure, low cardiovascular fitness, low muscular endurance, or are a little overweight. There is no need to panic if you act on it. Being physically active can turn all of that around!

High Blood Pressure = Hypertension (>120 mmHg/>80 mmHg) = risk of having a stroke

With physical activity, you can decrease that risk.

Also with physical activity you can improve your glucose management, which will decrease your risk for developing diabetes.

Being physically active can take you a long way! So – GET ACTIVE, GET HEALTHY!
