Extra help… Online Math References and Tutorials
If you Google “algebra basics” or “trigonometry basics”, you’ll find hundreds of sites. Here are a few of the ones that look good to me:
Algebra.help – Worksheets to solve simple linear equations. Includes step by step instructions. The main website is a collection of lessons, calculators, and worksheets.
Purple Math – Help that is specific to solving linear equations.
Math.com – Lots of example problems and explanations.
YouTube – Video on basic trigonometry.
YouTube – IB Physics Help – A good video on vector addition and subtraction. Although it covers vector multiplication, you don’t have to.
