Draft Agenda Posted

ASE_reverse_color_logo_blogWe are excited to share that we have nearly finalized the agenda (link) for the inaugural Air Sensors Everywhere Small Sensors Symposium 2016.  The program spans the many areas of sensor use – from community engagement to sensitivity to using these technologies in real-world circumstances.  The symposium is fully booked with 60 attendees registered travelling from a dozen nations, and includes more than 20 presentations.  While the symposium has registered a full complement of attendees, if you wish to join the waitlist to attend, you may choose to register (please note that no additional speaking opportunities are available).  Find the at the ASESSS link (above).

As a reminder, we expect to provide a free webcast version of the symposium beginning by 9AM GMT on 13 October 2016 and running throughout the day.  An offline video recording will be prepared at a later date and posted on our website for later viewing.  More details about linked to the webcast will be posted the week of the symposium.

Registration is over, but still accepting wait list applications

We have seen impressive demand for ASESSS, and quickly reached capacity.  The agenda is still being developed but should become available shortly.  We are trying to secure additional seats at the venue to accommodate additional attendees – we encourage you to register for the symposium wait list and we will contact you if we can secure a seat for you.  Unfortunately, presentations (oral or poster) and bursaries are no longer available.

ASESSS Agenda is Coming Together/Draft Agenda Posted

We have been hard at work planning and organizing this kickoff event, and are very pleased that we’ve been able to assemble such a diverse and compelling platform.  ASE is meant to embrace all interested stakeholders who use air sensors in their work.  Whether you are from industry or government, academia or advocacy, you are welcome here.  Please consider registering to attend this no-cost event.  We really do want to hear from you!

A draft agenda is now posted that lists the scope of individuals scheduled to speak.  A number of Open Presentations are listed, and will be chosen from the many abstracts we received.  An updated agenda will be posted as it becomes available.

Registration is extended to September 9, 2016.   This symposium is capped at just 60 attendees, so register today!
