Frank Mercer has more than 30 years of experience in the public sector with a focus on workforce development.  He serves as Director of The Center for Business & Industry at Daytona State College where his portfolio includes providing customized training and technical assistance to all industry sectors in a two-county area.  Frank has training and experience in several methodologies of job/task analysis for the purposes of developing customized training and providing a basis for workplace assessments.
