“Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.” – Mindful.org


This mindfulness event will bring in numerous professionals (yoga teachers, acupuncturists, mental health counselors, etc.) to allow people with aphasia to heal, grow, and make connections between their mind, body, and soul.
