On this page, you may download documents from the TABE CLAS-E Writing Administration Training (online). The training was developed by the Center for Educational Assessments (CEA) at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst for Adult Education programs funded by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
After completing the CLAS-E Writing Administration training, practitioners are certified to administer both the multiple-choice and expository writing portions of the assessment. They are also eligible to become certified CLAS-E Writing scorers. To register for a face-to-face CLAS-E Writing Scoring training, please check the SABES calendar.
