1. Hi Dr. Hu,
   I recently run a 1H-15N HMBC on a 600MHz BBO probe( with prodigy) using a 10mM nature abundance chemical. I basically followed your protocal, the experiment run for 1.5h but get no signal. I am confused and want to know the problem.
