In 1997 the Women’s Club Volleyball Team was created. During this time, UMass’s NCAA volleyball team still existed; however, around the year 2000 the team was cut due to budgetary reasons.
In 2007 we were officially recognized as a UMASS club sport! We practice all year long, starting with tryouts in September and closing out the season in April.
Practice is from 7am-9am, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings at the recreation center. We go to many tournaments which are usually every few weekends. Please see the schedule page on this site.
