Official Hotel of UMassMUN

The University of Massachusetts Campus Center Hotel is the official hotel of UMASSMUNXIII. All events – including ceremonies and committee sessions – will take place within the conference area inside the hotel and Student Union. For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms and arranged a discounted rate for Model UN delegates at the hotel. Rates are as follows:

$125/night (plus taxes (11.7%) and fees (1.00/night)

Booking reservations will open on December 2nd, 2013. All reservations at the UMass Hotel must be made by February 14th, 2014 to be guaranteed a room. If you call before this date, the hotel may not accept your booking. They have specified this date specifically so that they can staff accordingly to handle all of your booking requests.

Alternative Accommodations
Should space be unavailable at the UMass Campus Hotel, accommodations are available at the Howard Johnson hotel in Hadley. UMASSMUN is making arrangements with this hotel and UMass Transit to provide transportation to and from this hotel only. We are still in the communication process with the Howard Johnson, so further information is coming.  If you will be reliant upon this transportation, please note that on your registration forms.
