Posted by The UMass Tk20 Team in : Students , comments closed

The UMass Tk20 Team offers support for scanning documents to be uploaded to Tk20. There are a couple of different ways for you to utilize this service. Whenever the office suite is open, you may use the Tk20 Team Computer to scan documents yourself or with assistance from the Tk20 Team. If you don’t have time to scan documents during your visit, you can leave your documents with the Tk20 Team and we will scan them and email the files to you. If you are unable to make it to the office during our open office hours, you can fill out a Request for Scanning, available outside of 223 Furcolo, and slide your request under the door.

Here are a few things you should note before coming to campus:

With help uploading your documents to Tk20 after scanning them, utilize our 24/7 blog resources for information about uploading MTEL score reports or creating artifacts for your Field Experience Binders and Portfolios.

Field Experience Binders (FEBs) are a way to organize records of students’ experiences in the field. The Field Experience Office creates field experience binders in collaboration with faculty. They are then sent to students who can attach artifacts, course work, reflections, and standards. Artifacts must be attached so they can be viewed by university supervisors and/or supervising practitioners for assessment.
