Creating and Attaching Artifacts to Portfolios May 11, 2011

Posted by The UMass Tk20 Team in : Artifacts, Portfolios, Students , comments closed

Artifacts are used primarily to document the knowledge, skills, and dispositions of candidates in School of Education related programs. Knowing how to create artifacts is necessary to complete and submit assignments, assessments, projects, course binders, portfolios and field experience binders.

Use this guide: Creating Artifacts for instructions and assistance.

Just as you would normally insert paper artifacts into a portfolio, Tk20 allows you to insert electronic artifacts into an online portfolio. You can align these artifacts with standards and attach reflections to them. Any completed feedback requests associated with the artifacts will be attached to them in the portfolio.

Use this guide: Attaching Artifacts to Portfolios for instructions and assistance.
