Scanning

The UMass Tk20 Team offers support for scanning documents to be uploaded to Tk20. There are a couple of different ways for you to utilize this service. Whenever the office suite is open, you may use the Tk20 Team Computer to scan documents yourself or with assistance from the Tk20 Team. If you don’t have time to scan documents during your visit, you can leave your documents with the Tk20 Team and we will scan them and email the files to you. If you are unable to make it to the office during our open office hours, you can fill out a Request for Scanning, available inside of Furcolo South 103, and slide your request under the door.

Here are a few things you should note before coming to campus:

  • Make a copy of the documents you want scanned. Make sure the copied documents are as clear and readable as the original. Keep the originals with you and leave the copied versions at our Furcolo office.  The Tk20 Team is not responsible for any misplaced documents. Please do not leave original documents, especially under the door.
  • Please allow 3 business days for your documents to be scanned. As soon as your documents are ready, the scanned copies will be sent to you via email. Emails will be sent from our UMass TK20 account: tk20@educ.umass.edu
  • More detailed instructions are available at the Tk20 Furcolo Office. Instructions and agreement must be read and signed before any documents are scanned by the Tk20 Team.
  • Please use the  scanner and scanning requests for Tk20 purposes only.
