TOTAL COURSE RESULTS

20 12 2011

Okay, this is what you really want to know.  Here are the scores for the final exam, ARS, and the overall sum total for the entire course.  I will enter these scores in SPIRE on Monday after Christmas.

Scores and grades:  2011_Scoresheet

The total score is:  (Fin) + (MT 1,2,3) + (ARS) – (lowest of MT or ARS)

The grade distribution was pretty good – alot of A’s.

I calculated the ARS score (82 possible) by dropping the lowest 15% of responses (maximum score of 70), then converting that score to a scale of 100 (ie: scores of 70 or more earned a 100 on ARS).

I then replaced your lowest midterm score with your ARS score (if it was higher).
