Linguistics 201, Fall 2008

This blog is first and foremost to help you succeed in Linguistics 201. It’s not mandatory to look at, though I may make reference to it in discussion. I’ll use it to:

* briefly summarize past discussion sections

* provide more discussion on topics covered

* answer general or persistent questions about the course

Here’s a little disclaimer upfront: I may not know all the answers. And sometimes the answers I give will need to be clarified. I may also post discussion questions for upcoming meetings, and I may even post study questions for you to test yourself in between quizes and tests. But most of all, this blog should be fun and useful; I hope it helps you in getting the most out of this course.
