Community Partners

There are numerous local businesses and organizations that have been very generous in their support for the Key Players Project. This page is a way to recognize their efforts in helping us complete our objectives.

The Isenberg School of Management has been a title sponsor of the Key Players project since its inception in 2002. The funding provided by ISOM allows us to host a reception for Key Player Ambassadors, buy commercial time on local networks, and carry out other initiatives to promote and fulfill our goals.

This is the second year that we have been partnered with the Springfield Armor, a team within the NBA’s Development League (D-League) that plays at the Mass Mutual Center. They have given us the opportunity to honor the Key Player Ambassadors during half-time of an Armor game, as well the resources to make our Ambassadors reception and community work even more memorable.

The December 12th reception where we will officially honor the 2010 Key Player Ambassadors will be held at Montenia’s Creative Comfort Cuisine in Springfield. The food and atmosphere made possible by Montenia’s will surely make our reception a night to remember.

UMass Dining Services is the award winning dining service at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. They have been generous enough to provide the desserts for this year’s Key Player Ambassador reception.

This is the sixth year that Spartan Brake and Muffler Shops has been a sponsor of the Key Players Project. Serving the community for over 44 years, they have been kind enough to donate coupons that will be given to the Ambassadors on the night of our reception.

This is the first year that Reebok will be lending their support to the Key Players Project. They have been kind enough to donate backpacks that will be given to the new class of Ambassadors during our reception.

This is the sixth year that the YMCA of Greater Springfield has partnered with the Key Players Project. In the past, the YMCA, located on 275 Chestnut St. in Springfield, has been the site of Key Players Project meetings. This year they have been generous enough to donate 6-month memberships to the 2010 class of Key Player Ambassadors.
