Hello! I am a faculty member in English at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where I co-direct the Professional Writing and Technical Communication certificate. I also teach graduate courses in Composition and Rhetoric.
The blog page on this website is a place where I collect things that capture my attention, or that might be useful for some future course or project. I love organizing information and thinking about how to make information systems more usable. My research and teaching interests converge around writing, technology, design, and gender.
