This workshop set as its goal self-empowerment through structured exercises, group games and movement improvisations. We meet every Saturday to do exercises and games, which emphasize rhythm and connection, and we conclude each session with a composition of individual or group actions. Participants are encouraged to use the opportunity to explore body expression and awakening of energy and creative impulses.

Free admission. All women students are welcome. Women of color and GLBTQ students are encouraged to participate. No previous dance or theater experience required. Remember to come in comfortable clothes so that you can stretch and roll.
