The Libraries currently offer the Sanborn Maps for New England States. Now, through December 15th, 2014 we have trial access to Digital Sanborn Maps for all U.S. States. Scanned images of indexes and detailed maps are available by selecting state, city and date.

The purchase price for the non-New England states is $49,990. Please give us your feedback on this resource.

The Libraries have a trial for over 1,000 e-books on the GeoScienceWorld platform published since since 1926 by groups such as the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, Society of Exploration Geophysicists, Geological Society of America, Society for Sedimentary Geology and others. On the GeoScienceWorld e-book platform you can browse by subject or title, or search by author, title, keyword and limit by date.

The purchase price for the entire collection is $78,541, or we can buy sub-collections by publication date for between $11,000 and $19,000. The trial continues through November 30th. 2014. Please send us your feedback about the GeoScienceWorld e-books.

Medici.tv has about 1,500 videos of classical music concerts; opera and ballet performances; composer and artist profiles; and master classes. The service also provides live broadcasts.

• American Periodicals is a collection of general magazines and specialized literary and professional journals published between 1740 and 1940. CINAHL (Current Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature) Complete provides indexing back to 1937 of over 5,000 journals as well as full-text of over 1,300 journals, 27 books, 134 evidence-based care sheets, 360 research instruments records, 169 quick lessons and more. CINAHL Complete is on the EBSCOhost platform.
