Science Databases from Springer on Trial

Springer Materials (The Landolt-Bornstein Database) provides data and literature citations for materials science, including 250,000 substances and material systems and 3,000 properties. Springer Protocols covers peer-reviewed life sciences protocols. You can search for protocols or browse them by subject.

American Antiquarian Society Periodicals, Collections 1-3 Now on Trial

The American Antiquarian Society Periodicals Collection I (1691-1820), Collection II (1821-1837) and Collection III (1838-1852) are on trial through April 17th, 2011. The Collections, offered on the Ebscohost platform, provide scanned images and easy navigation through periodicals imported and published on American soil over one and a half centuries. You can search by keyword, author, publication name, geographic term, or browse through issues of publications.
