Topic 2: Precision Drawing and Drawing Aids
In this module you’ll learn how to do coordinate-based drawing and how to use drawing aids like OSnaps.

Topic 3: Geometric Shapes
In this module you’ll learn about all the different geometries that you can create with AutoCAD.

Topic 4: Basic Printing (Model Space)
In this module, you’ll learn how to print (to scale!) from Model Space.

Topic 5: Editing Tools
In this module, you’ll learn how to use the editing tools that AutoCAD offers.

Topic 6: Architectural Views and Drafting Basics
In this module, you’ll learn about the standard architectural views and how they are created.

Topic 7: Creating 3-Dimensional Objects in AutoCAD
In this module, you’ll learn how to create 3D-objects in AutoCAD. You’ll also learn about applying textures and basics of photo-realistic rendering.

In this module, you’ll meet a new software (SketchUp) and you’ll use it to easily create objects and scenes in 3D.

Topic 9: Annotating in AutoCAD with Text and Hatching
In this module, you’ll learn about using the text and hatching tools in AutoCAD.

Topic 10: Layers
In this module, you’ll learn how to work with Layers in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Topic 11: Templates and Design Center
In this module, you’ll learn how to organize re-using your work with templates and AutoCAD’s DesignCenter.

Topic 12: Setting Up Sheets in Paperspace
In this module, you’ll learn how to use viewports to set up your construction document sheets in AutoCAD’s paperspace.

Topic 13: Dimensioning
In this module, you’ll learn how to set up dimension styles and how you dimension drawings. You’ll also learn about drafting standards related to dimensioning.

Topic 14: Collaboration with DWF and XREF
In this module you’ll learn how to use a read-only format (DWF) for sharing your files. You’ll also learn about how to use XREF to combine AutoCAD files.

Topic 15: Blocks and Attributes
In this module, you’ll create and use blocks, which are re-usable components. You’ll also learn how to embed data in them using attributes.
