Can’t get a live cash game together?

Don’t get too freaked out with all the UIGEA and Neteller crackdown stuff, there are still a few sites to still play on. I’d suggest FullTilt as the best for low-limit as well as high-limit players to sink their teeth into. Our own JCMoussa’s problem of his account being hacked was solved efficiently and effectively, which might not happen on your otherr average joe sites. Take Burda’s wurd for it, this is the best place for online poker

$30 Deepstack Freezeout Mar. 10

What: $30 Deepstack PL/NL tournament FREEZEOUT
When: March 10
Where: Coolidge 5th Floor

Ideally I would like to have this POT-LIMIT before the flop, and NO-LIMIT after the flop, but I’ll see what people think. It’d give a little more play.

- Starting stacks will be 200BB, but I’m willing to go 250x
- Blinds will be 30 minutes long all the way through
- There may be antes, but at a later round than the 4th or 5th

Blind structure coming soon, tell your friends, pokerpokerpoker!

And like the other thread, if you’re reluctant to spend $30, you probably spent $30 at the rebuy anyway, and you won’t have to worry about Vagos moving in every hand in the first hour here!

Crabtree March Madness Tournament

“$20 Buyin NLHE and PLO Tourney, Saturday March 3rd at 1:00 PM in the Crabtree basement. Rebuys and Add-ons for the 1st hour of play (2 blind levels). $10 Add-ons only if you are UNDER the original 2000 starting stack in chips. After the 1st hour we will stop play for anyone wishing to Add-on a final time. The tourney will start with NLHE for the first blind level, and then switch to PLO on the next level and continue switching off until the final table.

Everyone starts with 2000 in chips, blinds for the 1st two levels increase every 30min and as follows: 5/10, 10/20. After the rebuy period, blinds will increase every 20min. and as follows: 15/30, 20/40, 25/50, 30/60, 40/80, 50/100, 75/150, 100/200, 150/300, 200/400, 250/500, 300/600, 350/700, 400/800, etc. etc (will possibly cap at 100/200 depending on the number of chips in play).

Ante of 5 at 25/50, 10 at 50/100, 15 at 75/150, 20 at 100/200, 30 at 150/300, 40 at 200/400, etc. etc. (I’m not opposed to scraping ante’s once we get to heads-up, or 3 handed)

Depending on the # of entrants, and the size of the prizepool, $100 will be taken out to pay for the winner’s buyin into Burda’s Deepstack event. If there isnt too much $ flying around we’ll scrap that idea.
9-14 people, payout top 3
15-19, payout top 4
20-26, payout top 5
27+, payout top 6

(In the case of a disagreement will be referring to UMP official rules found on the main page of umasspoker.com)

From now until Thursday I am open to suggestions for reformating or adjusting the structure of this tourney. Just politely let me know what you think.”
